Very little. But sometimes I find I accidentally click on the up/down bar instead of the buttons. Also, some of the buttons are not intuitive, but trial and error works well, and mistakes are easily deleted.

I used to need a type writer (or hand write) sometimes still to comply with using the forms given to me by the government. Now, I can upload them and use the computer. Much better.

Perfect for paperwork
My overall experience would be that I love it and plan to continue using it going forward in life. It's much easier then printing out paperwork, filling it out, scanning it and sending it back to whomever. Its extremely convenient.
I love most that I'm able to edit any pdf and the save and and either email it or print it. There's even a function to sign the pdf right on the computer. Awesome.
I do not like that it sometime freezes. I could be filling out a form and sometimes it'll freeze and automatically refresh and everything I put in is gone so I'd have to start over. It doesn't happen often but has happened to me before.

I used their services for 1 year, all great services and does exactly what you would expect. Also they are very fast to respond to customer's emails.
They also gave me a very fast refund within few hours of requesting it as my subscription was auto renewal and i no longer needed that second subscription. Highly recommend and can be trusted with your money 100%.

How does mobile warranty replacement work?
Every replacement device comes with a six-month warranty or the original manufacturer's warranty, whichever is longer. You'll know exactly what you're going to pay for the replacement device, and you won't pay the full replacement cost for a device.
How long is T mobile warranty?
The Manufacturer's Warranty extends for one year beginning from the date the Customer purchases the REVELRY Device, as indicated by Customer's proof of purchase, from T-Mobile, a T-Mobile dealer or other T-Mobile authorized retailer.
What does the T-Mobile warranty cover?
A warranty covers software and hardware defects, but is void if physical damage is present. The fee for a warranty exchange with insurance coverage is $5, $20 without. Insurance covers physical damage as well as the fore mentioned alien abductions. The deductible for your phone would likely be $175.
How long does it take to get a replacement phone T-Mobile?
Once a claim is approved, your replacement device will be shipped overnight, at no charge where available, for delivery within one to two business days. If you provided your email address when filing your claim, you'll get an email with tracking info alerting you that the device has been shipped.
Does T mobile repair phones?
No. They do not. If you have a problem with your phone that requires repair you will need to call 1-866-866-6285 to file a repair claim if you have T-Mobile JUMP or some other kind of insurance on the phone. T-Mobile retail store staff do not have the expertise to repair any android or Apple smartphone on premises.
Will Mobile replace my cracked screen?
T-Mobile's Basic Device Protection Plan covers malfunctioning phones, accidental damage (including cracked screens and water damage), loss and theft. Like Protection 360, the plan covers your phone, charger, battery and SIM card. And other accessories are only covered if they're lost or stolen with your phone.
How much does mobile charge to replace a broken phone?
Mail the defective device within 7 days. You will be charged a non-refundable fee of up to $500 if: You do not mail the device within 7 days.
