This is my first attempt at using your system but so far so good. I'll answer other surveys later after I have had some experience with the system.
It takes a little experience to use the system easily. You could use more instructions. Perhaps a start guide on how to perform various manuevers.

It is intuitive, easy to use, provides adequate help for new users requiring guidance, and provides flexible outlets for PDF use. On the down side, I do not require a secure connection for my PDF work, and the lag in loading and saving my changes & files is distracting and unpleasant.

Great service! Could use some updates though. The site is rather slow at times, and when changes text size there seems to be a bug where the page needs to refresh or reload. Also, general improvements on loading time would be nice. Also, please make the process of saving to PDF less steps and less clunky. I don't need to be shown where the pdf will be once downloaded.

I would give it a 5 except that when I go to edit a template, it shows up with over 1/2 or 3/4's of the page covered up! I have to keep closing it & reopening it to maybe finally work! Very frustrating.

The software has eliminated the need to do forms that we have found relevant to our corporation.
Very easy to use once comfortable with the process.
The alignment for entries is sometimes difficult to judge.

Fast and easy
This was easy to use. I filled out my tax form and it was immediately sent to the IRS via certified mail. I’m able to track my document and know it will arrive on time. I’m happy I didn’t have to wait 30 min in line at the post office to send the document.

This has been a great tool for me
This has been a great tool for me. Trying to apply for a new apartment has been difficult due to the quarantine but this allowed us to sign and fill out whatever we need with little interaction with others. The 30 day fee trial was great for me and I will recommend this to anyone who might need it.

Do you need an A record for email?
The A record simply points the host name to the IP address, and it can be used for any host not just mail servers. The MX record is specific to Mail exchange. If you do not have this then you will see email rejects. Then you will also need an A record to map the host to the IP address.
Do I need an A record for MX?
As long as the system pointed at by the MX record has an A record itself, then yes. For example: example.com can have an MX record pointing at mail.otherdomain.com. As long as the name mail.otherdomain.com itself is resolvable to an IP address, this is a valid configuration for example.com.
Is an MX record required?
You are not required to have MX records just to send email. However: If a domain must be able to receive mail, set up valid MX records.
What is the difference between a record and MX record?
The MX-record contains the host name of the computer(s) that handle the emails for a domain and a prioritization code. Emails are routed through to the IP address which is set in the A-record of the host. The A-record (or address-record) determines which IP address belongs to a domain name.
Can MX record be an IP address?
A mail exchanger (MX) record is a type of DNS record that identifies which server will handle the incoming mail for your domain. MX records always point to a domain. Never to an IP address.
Is an A record required?
”A records (also known as host records) are the central records of DNS. These records link a domain, or subdomain, to an IP address. A / AAAA record is to redirect your domain to particular IP. If you set NS records for your share hosting then there is no need to set an A record in DNS manager.
Does an A record have to be an IP address?
An A record maps a domain name to the IP address (Version 4) of the computer hosting the domain. An A record is used to find the IP address of a computer connected to the internet from a name. The A in A record stands for Address.
What is an A record used for?
A Records. DNS records are used to control the location of a resource on the Internet. As an example, an A Record is used to point a logical domain name, such as “google.com”, to the IP address of Google's hosting server, “74.125. 224.147”.
