Pretty good tool overall, sometimes when you hit the Tab button it jumps to a field father down the page, but all in all really easy and accurate.

Besides being a great product Support is Outstanding
Besides being a great product, I would like to express how good the support is.I worked with Sam for over an hour, He went way above and beyond helping me with my Zapier Integration. Most companies would have just said that is "out of scope" Or "not my problem" Not these guys, they logged into my computer and dove deep into it and fixed my problem. Also keep in mind, I am only on a basic plan and they treated me like I was spending $1000's of dollars with them.

This is my first experience with an Online system. After overcoming initial issues. I now am very pleased, except you 15 limit on merge. Plus some limitations on writing MS Publisher files.

Only real issue I have is there doesn't seem to be any way to save the same PDF after I've modified it with the sight. If there was a way to do that I'd have probably given 5 star

To politely ask your client for payment, be sure to keep your message warm and friendly. Think about the way you've been communicating with them so far. You don't want that tone or relationship to change all of a sudden just because payment is involved. Always keep the lines of communication open.
