There are some things that could be more user-friendly or convenient but overall it is very effective and useful as a tool for creating and modifying documents. The "preview document" is never accurate, and the ink looks faded after it is scanned in as a template.

What do you like best?
It has the main features that I'm looking for: I can upload a pdf, add text, remove text, blackout text, etc. It also allows e-signatures.
What do you dislike?
The process to download files is a little tedious. You have to single-click on the file from a list, then the program takes you to a new page to rename and choose the download location. But if you accidentally double-click on the file, the file will open instead. I've been using this program for years and it still takes me way too long to download a file.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I use pdfFiller to fill out forms for work. I used to have to print these forms, complete them by hand, then scan them and shred them. With this program we get to eliminate the use of paper and save time.

I made a mistake and bought a year subscription instead of one month as I needed, I immediately emailed customer support and thought I would be waiting days for a reply if I was lucky, but to my surprise I received a response within 2 minutes. She offered to change my subscription and refund the rest of my money, I of course excepted and they changed it immediately! ***** ******** for your amazing customer service! And your forms, that have been time saving!

pdfiller is the best online form finder and provider. I have always had difficulty with filling out a form on line, whether that be saving or having the fields stay filled out if I did not complete the form at that time. This is never a problem nor is finding any form I already did or was in the process of doing. I am still in the trial timeline which is clearly displayed as to how many more days I have left in the trial. These nuances are so beneficial and not at all typical, they provide a much higher quality to the service and there is nothing I can't find or is provided that I could need later that is not right at my fingertip or click of the mouse. I am thrilled to have found this and reccommend everyone who has a need to fill out forms or find them. Easy to use, downloads perfect and so user friendly. I LOVE the features in the premium package! Now I can create a fillable form and put it on my website where it can be filled out directly! I can even customize the button they click on to fill out the form! I added radio buttons, check boxes, and fillable text boxes. I even saw where I can collect payment upon completion of a form. Quire. A quire of paper is a measure of paper quantity. The usual meaning is 25 sheets of the same size and quality: 120 of a ream of 500 sheets. Quires of 25 sheets are often used for machine-made paper, while quires of 24 sheets are often used for handmade or specialized paper of 480-sheet reams.
Why is it called a ream of paper?
The English word ream comes from the Old French raise ('bundle'). Papers come in bundles, so the Old French word was used because of, well, history. The Old French word ultimately came from Arabic RIMA, again meaning 'bundle. ' In usage, ream refers to a bundle of loose or trimmed paper sheets.

When the manufacturer weighs the paper it's not 500 8.5 × 11 size sheets, it's 500 17 × 22 size sheets which are 4x the size of 8.5×11. Some quick math and that works out to a weight of 5 pounds for a ream of 8.5 × 11 size paper.
