I have found forms through PDFfiller that I could not locate anywhere else--wonderful tool!
It's fairly intuitive, but there are some cumbersome issues related to printing--too many steps--could be simplified.

This is a really great PDF convertor. Very easy to use. The best I have seen. A very good find. I would recommend especially to fill out government documents that could be rejected because of bad handwriting.

This software seems to be nice and easy to use, im still working my way round it. I was looking to send a form to be returned filled in. Looks like this should be easy enough. I will keep my fingers crossed.

Can you transfer tags on a lease?
Registration and registration plates can be transferred to another vehicle owned or leased by the registrant, or to a vehicle owned or leased by the spouse, parent, or child of the registrant. If the transfer is not within the same vehicle type, the transferee must return the registration plate to Penn DOT.
