I like to use PDF filler.com because I can fill the entire form on the computer, except the places where I need to sign it. Also, it has an option to fill the form on the computer or print it out with blank spaces which I can fill it out manually with a pen. Finally, I only pay for the program as long as my subscription is active.

prepare your base document, and save. then save as onto your computer desktop, and rename once downloaded onto your computer desktop. reuse the base document over and over for different clients.... works great and gave me the exact form i was looking for.

Then When I forgot to canceled my subscription because I am to small of a company to use them all the time they were so helpful and easy to work with. They gave me a full refund. I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. What do you like best? How easy it is to use! Uploading files right out of my Gmail?! Yes, please. Easily downloaded to just about any location that I want. I'll take that too. Add and edit just about any document. I'm all in. What do you dislike? Editing sections to look exactly like the scanned portion can be difficult and sometimes not possible. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I mainly use this for signing and sending documents.
