PDFfiller was intuitively simple to use in creating an important document. I had difficulty erasing some text I accidentally superimposed onto my document and the recipient who ultimately got the PDF I created could not open it. Also disappointing was the fact that I didn't realize I had to pay a tidy subscription price until after I completed my document and tried to send it off (and save it). That all led to an initially horrible review. But, I have to say that my experience with PDFfiller and Elie, the rep I dealt with, revised my entire experience. Not only did Elie help resolve the problems in a very timely fashion, I received a refund! PDFfiller seems dedicated to provide the user an efficient product and the customer service is the best I've seen with any internet-based business. Elie is a great ambassador for the business and she really follows through with her promises! I never expected that. I was having difficulty finding the legal documents I needed fillable copies you provided the access I needed. and my software wasn't allowing me to just fill in the documents online, I am finding my way around but if I can make it easier I am all in.

Takes a little getting used to, but not bad Fairly easy to use once you get used to the set up and lay out. I had used different software to begin with so it took some time to get used to. I like the fact that you can create or upload your document, fill it out, sign it and then send it off to be signed by another party all in one place. Took some getting used to as I had used different products in the past. Other than that, there really is nothing bad about this software.

Due to mental illness I have severe limitations with sequencing, prioritizing, staying on track, paying attention to detail, and decreased information processing speed, just to name a few. I usually need more time to process instructions So when I first started playing/exploring this application I was really intimidated. I thought I was going to have to cancel the the trial, give up and cancel but to my surprise I'm starting to get the hang of things and I think I really like it. The capabilities of this application seam endless. I'm actually quite amazed I've never seen anything like it. Hopefully after watching a few webinars/training sessions I'll be able to learn even more. I'm excited and even more motivated because results I have exceeded my expectations.
