I liked that I can type in the blanks for documents , but I only needed it once and I didn't really didn't understand the price I though got it was $6 a month not $72. I wanted to get the discount and pay for the whole year, not sure, it wasn't clear weather I actually paid that way or am paying for a month at a time? Need to make that easier to understand and make sure you are paying the way you want for the discount. You can do a follow up survey only if you are on the line when you call -

We like PDFfiller because our patients don't want to have to waste precious minutes of their appointment time completing a health history update in the office. It's much simpler, not to mention faster, to have them do it at home and submit it when they're done!

The log-in process for the patient who has never used this service. We have a few patients who value their privacy and would rather not have to create an account in order to complete a form.

PDF FILLER IS A GREAT TOOL
EASE OF USE IN ADDITION TO BEING USER FRIENDLY! THE PRODUCT IS VERY SIMPLE TO INSTALL AND IS VERY ROBUST.
THERE IS NOTHING TO DISLIKE WITH THIS PRODUCT. I HAVE NO RECOMMENDATIONS FOR CHANGES AS IT WORKS PERFECTLY FOR ME.

Great for using templates
I work in real estate investment and handle documents and other forms that are basically fill-ins for our tenants. PDF Filler has to make the job 300 times easier because it will add space or make everything look like its in its right space. It makes filling out a document legibly easy and fast so you then can be more productive in your work day.
There are similar programs that allow you to do the same thing it might change spacing, or other aspects of a document.

The monthly cost, but I like the fact that you can renew at any time. This program is cheaper when you pay for multiple months.

I recently saw a charge for a PDF filling service, and I had no memory of signing up for it. December 2020 has not been a picnic for me. I reached out to customer service, and ******* handled it from beginning to end. She even works to get things done when I was not able to get her all the information she needed, due to unfortunate events going on in my life. They have reverse the charges. I don't know if this product works or not, but I do know that their customer service team does or very well if you are patient and persistent with them. That's rare for any product. So, they get five stars from me.
