It was really hard to find certain features like consolodating multiple PDFS into one. I also thought the package I bought came with the signature signing option - and apparently it didn't. 180/year is a lot to NOT have that feature. That's the main reason I chose it over others.

I had Anna, as a PDF friendly support person and she was extremely helpful. I had issues with the account and she was eager to fix it and then I had issues with the form and the same excellent response. She was not only knowledgeable, but fast and very, very helpful. I love how easy it is to use when filling out multiple page forms such as medical forms.
Price Point. If you don't do a lot of forms/saving forms you should pay a lessor amount.

PdfFiller works like a charm and Customer Support is great. I use pdfFiller more than I expected I would and for routine tasks such as filling out and sending important documents via USPS Regular Mail and Certified Mail, PdfFiller saves me time and effort. I had some issues learning certain pdfFiller features and I was surprised how fast Customer Support got back to me with assistance. I also liked pdfFiller's Forms library for ease and convenience and the ability to sign forms remotely.
