A good product
A good product. You'll have to sign up for the service if you want to save your doc, but they have a free thirty day trial, so it's not so bad. Allows you to edit documents in a relatively user-friendly and intuitive way. No real complaints, but it also didn't blow my socks off or anything, so 4/5.

I subscribed to the PDF filler app on Google. And without asking me they charged me. Then I contacted them and they didn't want refund my money until I told them that I was going to let everybody know about their app.

PDF Filler Beats Adobe Sign For Me
I have used PDF Filler for about three years now and their customer service and platform are wonderful. Previously, I was using Adobe Sign but I found it way too expensive and cumbersome to use. Can a player decline a franchise tag? As Bell displayed last year, a player can simply refuse to sign the franchise or transition tag tender. However, that player is not able to play in the NFL unless the tender is signed.

Only one player per team, per season, can receive a franchise tag. In order to tag a player for the year, the team must tender a qualifying one-year contract offer. The “non-exclusive” tag is just that. Other teams can negotiate long-term contract offers with the player until July 15.
