It's pretty good. There is a delay from when I type till when the text appears in the text box.Also, I don't like have each field with a help box. I can't verify that my completed forms are actually sent to recipients. Programs keeps requesting me to have my e-mail verified but no code is ever sent to my e-mail.

I wanted to create 2 additional 1099s but was unable to find that option so closed and requested it be sent to IRS. Now I know I should have selected "template" but have not been able to get that to work. Made another, and no option to send to IRS

What do you like best? Easy to redact, sign and comment on documents. Great workflow What do you dislike? Only web-based interface. I would like a desktop version too. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use if you find DocuSign to be limited in editing functionality. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Signing documents. Editing PDFs. Redacting sensitive documents. Easier than DocuSign.

I had a problem with PDFfiller and sent… I had a problem with PDFfiller and sent a mail to support. They replied within an hour or so, really excellent service.
