I like the improvements to the program & the variety of options. I would like to see the "circle" option with a little more flexibility - right now it is very thick & not practical. I also could not adjust the position of text boxes that were misaligned without deleting and recreating them.

This program was a lifesaver while trying to apply for jobs and fill out rental applications out of state. I'm sure there are free ones out there but this was so easy to use and had every feature I needed. It has truly been invaluable. I enjoy the ability to convert PDF files back into MS Word. Very Often I will start in MS Word and send the document to an employer who then sends me a final version in PDF which is OK until such time as there is a need amend it. As I don't travel with a copier, printer or scanner this creates problems.

prepare your base document, and save. then save as onto your computer desktop, and rename once downloaded onto your computer desktop. reuse the base document over and over for different clients.... works great and gave me the exact form i was looking for.

Great software, the only challenge I had was the sign in process. I have had a few accounts as I had challenges signing in and ended up making additional accounts. This could be user error but I am sure others have had this issue also.

I needed to print a Medicare form. Had some issues with printing--only the part I'd typed printed. I opened the chat window.
