How to Use the Shape Image Format Feature in pdfFiller

The Shape Image Format feature in pdfFiller allows you to add shapes and images to your PDF documents. Follow these simple steps to use this feature:

Open the PDF document you want to edit in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Shapes' button in the toolbar at the top of the page.

A dropdown menu will appear with various shape options. Select the shape you want to add to your document.

Click and drag on the document to create the shape. You can resize and reposition the shape as needed.

To add an image to the shape, click on the 'Image' button in the toolbar.

Choose the image you want to add from your computer or from the pdfFiller library.

Click and drag on the shape to position the image within it.

You can also adjust the size and rotation of the image using the handles on the corners of the shape.

To customize the appearance of the shape or image, click on the 'Format' button in the toolbar.

From here, you can change the fill color, border color, opacity, and other properties of the shape or image.

Once you are satisfied with the shape and image, click on the 'Save' button to apply the changes to your document.

If you want to change the outline of a picture and make it a shape (like a circle or a star), use the cropping tools on the PICTURE TOOLS FORMAT tab. Select the picture (or pictures) that you want to crop. On the PICTURE TOOLS FORMAT tab, click Crop > Crop to Shape, and then pick the shape you want.
Easy circle cropping you can do it by simple steps, just upload the image file, then drag the circle cropper to the desired area in the image, and click “Crop” button.
First insert an image to word file by clicking on insert and then on picture. 2. Then in format tab go to crop and then crop to shape. Select the shape you want to crop the picture to.
(Insert | Picture) Select the picture. On the Picture Tools Format tab, click the bottom of the Crop button and choose Aspect Ratio, 1:1. This crops your image to a perfect square. Now change the perfect square to a perfect circle by clicking the bottom of the Crop button again.
Use the Lasso Tool to outline the irregular shape that you wish to crop. To do this, select the Lasso Tool from the Tool Palette, then hold down the left mouse button while you create the shape. Release the mouse button to complete the shape.
Click the picture to select it. On the Format tab (under Picture Tools), in the Size group, click the Crop button and then choose Crop to Shape: Select the shape on the gallery that opens:
