Great program and awesome customer service
This program did above and beyond what I needed to accomplish for my pdf files that I needed to urgently edit. Signed up for the free trial and had no issues cancelling the subscription service when contacting the customer service for assistance. Should my work orientate around paper work and documents, I would most definitely pay for this service with peace of mind knowing that this service values it's customers.

Great Value! A Must Have!
PDF Filler is one software that's worth so much more than what I paid for. I work in 3 different industries- Staffing, Construction and Real Estate and this software has become a necessity in everyday document preparation. It saves so much time and money. No need to subscribe to expensive Adobe editing software. Every time I show how this software works to friends and colleagues, they are amazed. I wish I had known about PDF Filler long time ago. So convenient and easy!
I love it. I use a lot of State and local court forms that you cannot save from their websites. With PDFiller I can fill them in and save them for future use. It seems to do everything I need it for.
My favorite thing about this software is that it is so easy to fill in ANY document I may need.
Maybe there could be an easier way to print right from your document, without hitting save first. (maybe you already can I just don't know how to do it)

The program has completely upped my game from writing business letters, filling out pdfs, faxing important documents - there is no limit to what you can do with a program like PDFFiller. But, what really pulled me in, other than the superb professional look and quality that PDFFiller gives my correspondence, was the help I received when I needed it. For example, I needed help with merging two documents that I needed to fax. I received help via the Chat Box within seconds of asking for assistance. It's like having your own IT team 24 hours a day! I also just found out that outbound faxes are included in the price and, if you want your own inbound fax number, $20.00 a month gets you your own fax number! The list goes on and on. How do you calculate number of shares?
If you know the market cap of a company, and you know its share price, then figuring out the number of outstanding shares is easy. Just take the market capitalization figure and divide it by the share price. The result is the number of shares on which the market capitalization number was based.
How do you calculate the number of ordinary shares?
Issue price of the share in the face of the value of the share at which it is available to the public. The number of outstanding shares is the number of shares available to raise the required amount of capital.
How do you calculate number of equity shares?
It is calculated by multiplying a company's share price by its number of shares outstanding. The number of weighted average shares outstanding is used in calculating metrics such as Earnings per Share (EPS) on a company's financial statements.
How do you calculate equity per share?
Equity Value = Total Shares Outstanding * Current Share Price. Equity Value = Enterprise Value Debt. Enterprise Value = Market Capitalization + Debt + Minority Shareholdings + Preference Shares Cash & Cash Equivalents.

What does the number of shares mean?
The number of shares of common stock outstanding is a metric that tells us how many shares of a company are currently owned by investors. This can often be found in a company's financial statements, but is not always readily available -- rather, you may see terms like “issued shares” and “treasury shares” instead.
How many shares does a company have?
Typically a startup company has 10,000,000 authorized shares of Common Stock, but as the company grows, it may increase the total number of shares as it issues shares to investors and employees. The number also changes often, which makes it hard to get an exact count. Shares, stocks, and equity are all the same thing.
