I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. Only criticism is I tried to pay with my New Zealand AMEX and it was rejected and Amex NZ blocked the card sensing you were defrauding me! Payment went through via another card but only after the bank got my OK as it seems your company has some "black marks" and perhaps inadvertent links to some known fraudsters.

Seems user friendly for the most part. It would be nice if the documents could be automatically opened in Drive without all of the signing in process each time

This app is easy to use for new user! Especially for a beginner such as myself, the way I am able to navigate and find certain tools is something I've been praying for since I was able to type!! I appreciate the time and effort that was put into making an awesome site like this!!

What do you like best?
I like how easy it is to load my documents into pdfFiller & the multiple option for export when I'm finished.
What do you dislike?
Not a fan of the constant email verification especially since I've been using it for 3 years now & this is something just started in 2020 (it seems)
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I don't have a fax so its much easier for me to receive email documents, sign them with the signature feature in pdfFiller, and send directly to the recipient from the program. I get a notification, too, telling me my document has been downloaded. This has helped me a lot lately.
