I don't pay for PDFfiller so I can only say speak to the ease of use on features that I think are available. I am not sure if creating a document that is editable in word is possible in every version. If so I can not figure it out. That is my only feedback. Otherwise using this website is a breeze.

PDFfiller came in very handy, especially with the ability to fax. Recently, I had to complete documents on behalf of my mother after my father passed away. I was limited because she had no internet, so I purchased a portable MIFI and once I realized that I could fax with PDFfiller, this eliminated the need to spend money on faxing & postage.

I was sold on the ability to edit anything on the document easily with PDF filler. I have the latest copy of Nuance Power PDF Standard that I used to create an editable form and I could not figure out how to edit some of the fields on the PDF doc. (I believe the source PDF file may have been poorly designed for computer input.) Anyway, I find PDF filler very easy to use--no need to convert the document to a form--just start editing with the various tools. Neat!

IM IN THE WORST PREDICAMENT AND CANT AFFORD LEGAL HELP. THE ONLY CALMING FACTOR IS FINDING WHAT I NEED ALMOST IMMEDIATELY EVEN HARD TO FIND BRIEFS AND CASES OF SIMILAR NATURE. ALSO IVE LEARNED QUITE OF FEW THINGS WHILE SEARCHING THAT CAUGHT MY EYE, A PLETHERA OF KNOWLEDGE. It takes a minute to get use to but I think I'm getting it. Trying to use to send files to the government. I was trying to figure out how to just save a pdf filled out.... there are so many pop up windows.

Handy to unlock and edit PDF files and convert, rearrange, reformat etc etc Graphical interface is lacking, but the software works so effortlessly that this does not impact on the functionality

PDF Filler-Sign, Send and Relax As a user of PDF Filler, I have found I can do so much and I try to when put to the challenge. I have many ways to adjust files and docs to my needs or the needs of my Agency or Management. My fault lies in my own lack of knowledge sometimes or my being scared to try to edit or sign something. Yet I can do so much more than I actually have to it amazes me. It is nice when I have to work on the go and don't have a lot of traditional options as i would use before-print, fill, sign,fax-etc. Stuff like that. I get great simplified organization here and it is right on point.I will keep growing and using this over time. It is the only way to play for me with needing to sign documents while on the go or out of my home area. Today with covid-19 shutdowns, I am at the mercy of technology more than ever.And I am not the tech type guy. I have to try, fail, try again and learn if all is well. Sometimes, I will get a document on my mobile that says sign and send back right away. I get confused on my Google options, other things I use and I have 2 phones and can easily get lost on both. PDF Filler works so easily and involves virtually nothing. I still get lost at times or can't get what I am aiming for on one of my personal devices. That is my error. The interface and expansions and lack for separate software actually are great here. Least liked features or issues are at my own fault here. It is pretty solid.

How to Set Up Conditional Routing

Conditional routing is a feature that helps to organize the filling out process.

Open the document and click on the Edit Signers option, for setting up the signing order and adding a signers e-mail.

Allocate the document certifiers in the separate signing steps.

Add the date and time fields that will be used by the Signer in order to add the date and time of the meeting.

Next, go to the second signer and add a signature field. Make it conditional using the drop-down menu.

The Signature Field will be placed in the top right corner of the page. Add Choose by clicking on the field option.

By setting up conditional routing, you agree with the current signing order or pre-set fields. Once you submit these changes, no other options will be available. Thus, make all changes before saving conditional field options.

This feature works only in the documents with conditional fields. The peculiarity of those cells is that they become visible only when the previous field (condition) is completed.
Finally, share the template with signers. First, Signer 1 will get a notification, and only after the condition cell will be completed. The second signer gets an invitation for a signature. If the first signer has not filled out the conditional, then the second one will not receive a notification at all. As a result, you can easily manage complex e-signing flows.

You hide the field, by opening its property dialog, go to the General tab, and then change “visible” to “hidden” in the field property dropdown. That should do it. If you want to be double sure, make the field read-only as well. Hope this can help.
