It's a great solution for my business needs. We are constantly filling out PDF or MS WORD based forms, be they applications, requests, official government forms, etc... My subscription allows me to now more quickly and professionally, turn-around those important documents. Those same documents, before the PDF-filler subscription, were always hand signed, if not hand filled out completely, then manually scanned into our systems and sent back to the interested party via email. PDFfiller came in very handy, especially with the ability to fax. Recently, I had to complete documents on behalf of my mother after my father passed away. I was limited because she had no internet, so I purchased a portable MIFI and once I realized that I could fax with PDFfiller, this eliminated the need to spend money on faxing & postage.

What do you like best?
PDFfiller has helped me streamline my forms and remove paper forms for my workplace. I am now able to have all my paper forms eliminated replaced by online forms. Saves alot of paper and trees!
What do you dislike?
The think I dislike is when a user completes a form online and I am notified I have to click the email link, save the form before I am able to view in my dashboard. Be nice to just have the form in my dash ready to go without the other intermediate steps.

Definitely help streamline work and remove paper forms. Also saves me time with clients filling out new intake forms before I even see them.

Great for filling paper on the go
What I liked the most of this software is that it is great for filling out paper work online
What I liked the least is not many options to choose from as in where to fill out.

the features are good, but the interfaces are a bit clunky.
For example creating document sub folders wasn't as intuitive as other applications. Additionally there are some documents I would like to move to Trash, but once it been sent out for E-sign it appears it can't be trashed, so I had to move them to a folder.

Was able to use site, but site is not mobile-friendly
I tried using this site on my mobile phone and would recommend only using a PC; the site is not mobile friendly. Otherwise after some effort I was able to upload, electronically sign, and send a PDF document.

I give it a 4/5 because sometimes…
I give it a 4/5 because sometimes editing text might change the context of the document (ex.remove boxes or darkness of boxes etc). Other than that it's worked fine.

Kara to the rescue
I received a email today say my PdfFiller was paid! I cancelled that subscription July 2020 but it wasn’t received and I panicked!! Kara took care of cancelling the subscription and got me refunded immediately! She was a lifesaver!! Thanks PdfFiller and Kara!!

An invaluable resource for filling out forms. Incredibly fast customer service that is exceptional in handling your needs. In this day and age when companies can treat you like a number, it is nice to know that PDF Filler is not one of them.
