It's very good the only thing about it is you can't copy and paste because the words will go off the documents also the little box you can type in be off so it makes the documents look odd

Anne in customer support was outstanding, she was patient, calm, informative and extremely helpful. I had lost work that I had spent hours on and couldnt find what I had done wrong, Anne patiently worked through it with me and I found the document, without her I would have cried, literally, as I had worked the whole of the night on the document and it looked like i had lost it all. On a day that I was going to really need my PDFfiller, the service was interrupted. My auto renewal had frozen up somehow and I couldn't access the service I was paying for. I immediately contacted customer service and notified them of the issue. To say that they went right into action to fix my problem would be an understatement. PDFfiller - you're service is great. You're customer service is AWESOME. Thank you for not only addressing my issue quickly and efficiently but for going above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience to me.

Customer Service Is Great
I used this service while at work and as a functional feature it is great, does what one needs it to do. However, as sometimes happens, I needed to charge this to my personal banking account at the time. When I left the company, I contacted their customer services team via their web based chat service and a kind lady named Monica answered my query. She was very helpful, diligent in helping me locate my details, and took her time to reassure me that the service subscription had ended and evening was a-ok. I know if I ever need to use this service I will come back, and part of the reason is because the customer care was absolutely spot on. Would recommend.

Great for Work!
Great for work, especially if you deal with a lot of documents, forms etc. Good for making templates, stitching documents together, creating packets, getting forms out for people to fill. Great that you can fax your documents right from the web interface... makes life a lot easier.
