This is fabulous! I was using Nuance PDF Converter, which has worked fine for many years, but it couldn't handle a couple of the 2013 IRS forms...So I did them here. And it worked!

Unclear as to whether or not I can save multiple versions of the fillable form for future editing, which I assume, but it's not intuitive, otherwise I would have rated 5.

I'M disabled, and confined to a wheelchair. I'm not able to get out, and look for a place that will agree to fax things. I have arthritis real bad, and it is painful to hold a pen, and fill things out. The ability to do all of this for my nurses, and care-provider's, with PDF filler online is a true blessing. It was a little slow at the beginning…
It was a little slow at the beginning until all information required was visible to agent - perhaps of the template for reply used. After that it was very quickly resolved. Thank you for todays agent.

Saving the doc from the pdf fillable to Word and then making any changes, changes spacing and became difficult to navigate the changes when trying to save as.

It was smooth and easy to understand. My only question or concern is. When submitting my corrected 1099 to is IRS via your site. I was not sure which copy it was sending. It did not give me an option. I hope the correct copy was sent to the IRS.

Not only did I find the product acceptable, but the Customer Service was wonderful, the fast response was the most surprising. My issue was resolved in a day or so ONLINE and included a refund. Keep in mind you cannot get that type of service in person At your local store.

How do I remove security from a PDF without the password?
Open the PDF file in Google Chrome.
Click on the Print icon present on the right side.
Under the Destination choose the Change button.
Now, choose the 'Save as PDF' option.
Now enter the name and location for your new PDF document.
How can I unlock a PDF without the password for free?
Drag and drop your document in the PDF Password Remover.
Confirm that you have the right to the file and click 'Unlock PDF!'.

How do I remove password protection from a PDF?
