I experienced quite a steep learning curve. Meaning, the directions I would have found easier to follow would be in steps...step 1, then step two, etc. In other words, the program was really user friendly to first time user.
Also, I thought I signed on for a5.95 one month contract that I could cancel at any time. Why am I being charge19.95 Please answer this question. Thank you

Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. Very useful to fill PDF and Edit them On the Go.
PDF Filling and operations just got easier. PDFfiller is a good software for regular usage as well.
1. Beautiful UI and Editing features.
2. The export feature is very useful and Smart. PDF to Word Export is just a Jiff.
I faced a few issues with Multi Format and Locked PDF but worked like a charm in Premium Version. Thanks

It's a great experience and many options to get your forms completed in the manner you want them done. The option to save them for later and email them to others to edit is definitely a perk!

I apparently came to your website…
I apparently came to your website around a month ago for some reason. I do not remember why... But, for whatever reason, I signed up for a 30 day free trial and gave you my CC number. I rarely ever do something like this... either way, I noticed the charge on my debit card statement over the weekend and this morning addressed it with Thomas from Customer Service. I was a little frustrated by it, he calmly read my chat message and assured me he would take care of it. Within minutes I received an email cancelling the subscription and refunding my money. Thomas was curteous, professional, quick, and thorough. This is the kind of customer service I WISH all companies had. Especially technical type companies where you rarely get to speak with a human or a person that you can understand. Thank you for hiring people like Thomas. Thank you for your customer service policies. If ever, I need a service like this, it will be yours.
