I LOVE THIS SERVICE SO FAR. IT HAS ALLOWED ME TO CREATE THE DEMOGRAPHICS FORM FOR TAX PAYERS IN THE LAY OUT THAT I ALWAYS DESIRED. THE BONUS TO THE LAYOUT IS THE PDF FILL IN THAT ALLOWS YOU TO INSTRUCT THE CLIENT RIGHT WITHIN THE CELL. Everything works great, however when you send a document to sign, it would be more helpful if there was a brief explanation of instructions, so the receiving end understands how to actually go in and sign the document.

Nothing except that when I print a doc, the Print button is at the bottom of window and I can't move it up so I have to click the very tip of the box that says print. - This could be my computer problem too but is weird and that just started about 6 months ago.

I love it and have recommended it to friends and collegues.
Love the ability to change forms around and manipulate the forms to move entire sections around and still keep things neat and professional looking.
The dashboard is messy and not as well organized as it could be.

I tried the software and then cancelled…
I tried the software and then cancelled it. For me it was too challenging to use. However they still charged my account for a year up front. I didn't authorize that. I called and requested a refund and they gave one right away, so they said. It was just today I requested a refund so I will check my account in a few days to see if they actually sent it. If you don't see a complaint from me here on Trust Pilot then PDFFiller honored my request. My name is MarioV.

Feature filled and easy to use.
I've had an overall great experience using PDFiller. The variety of features gives me the convenience to edit my documents, save them, upload them to my account and allows me to easily send them by email to be signed.
