How do I print multiple PDFs at once in Excel?
Open the Excel Workbook.
On the Open-Xchange tab, click on the Edit Settings button.
Click Excel Options.
Click Entire Workbook or Sheets From a Range. With Sheets From a Range you will need to specify the range you want.
Click OK.
Click Convert to PDF.
Choose The file location and name to save to then click Save.
Why is Excel printing to multiple PDFs?
