It's been very pleasant as a university student. One thing that is quite annoying is the scrolling feature - when I scroll on my macbook pro it doesn't really work well. Overall, this is perfect for annotating my lecture slides and readings. As a student, I find it a bit expensive ($72/year) - maybe there can be some incentive for students?? :)

Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE Very quick, efficient and courteous customer service. My elderly mother subscribed to this service and couldn't remember why. I explained the situation via emails with Customer Support and they refunded the annual subscription fee after I verified a few details. I really appreciated their understanding and quick response. Now...I have to go unplug my mom's computer. :-)

What do you like best? I like that PDF Filler is user friendly and it's easy to navigate. I love that I can create a template and then just fill in what I need to for each customer and we can send them a form digitally for them to sign. What do you dislike? Occasionally customer's take a while to sign a document because they think it is spam. Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy to use program. Creat templates you can use over and over which is great! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's a fast, easy way to be able to send documents for our customers to sign without having to sign in person. We have also been able to streamline some of our processes better by using PDF Filler to create documents.
