4 starts because of great chat support but some features I would change. Like when filling out fillable form, I don't like how the instruction window follows you through the entire document. Most other online forms don't have this because they assume the form is self-explanatory. The feature is cumbersome, like dragging around dead weight. Anyways, that is my input.

I wish it would edit pictures so I can erase and/or add text; it is not very accurate in determining the the input areas on forms; it changes the font on some .pdfs that are uploaded.

How do I get a ring alarm permit?
Getting the permit application In some instances, you may need to call a local municipal office and ask them to send you a form in the mail. In some instances, local jurisdictions require that Ring Alarm requests the form and fills out the form on your behalf.
Do I need a permit for ring alarm?
No, permit requirements only apply to professionally monitored Ring Alarm devices. At this time, the Ring Video Doorbell and Ring Cams are not monitored products.
How do I get a permit for my alarm?
