Loved the fact that it popped up in Google with the DOT form I needed, and allowed me to fill it out without any issues. The 7 Day trial is great and I will most likely keep for the year, due to the ease of adding in forms as well. Thanks

It's MUCH EASIER TO USE THAN WONDERSHARE PDFelement 6! Which costs $$$$ more than PDFfiller. I could not use the Wondershare PDFelement 6 and got a refund. However if PdfFiller increases it's costs I will attempt to buy the Adobe program. It's not that I use pdf that often that I have to pay a monthly cost.

If a word begins with a vowel sound, then the correct article is an. otherwise, if it begins with a consonant sound, the correct article is a. Because hour is typically pronounced with a silent h, an hour is correct.
The rule states that a should be used before words that begin with consonants (e.g., b, c, d) while and should be used before words that begin with vowels (e.g., a, e,i). You should say, therefore, an hour (because hour begins with a vowel sound) and a history (because history begins with a consonant sound).
Yes. If a word begins with a vowel sound, then the correct article is an. otherwise, if it begins with a consonant sound, the correct article is a. Because hour is typically pronounced with a silent h, an hour is correct.
A is used before words starting in consonant sounds and an is used before words starting with vowel sounds. It doesn't matter if the word is an adjective, a noun, an adverb, or anything else. The rule is exactly the same.
The general rule for indefinite articles is to use a before consonants and a before vowels. The trick here is to use your ears (how the acronym is pronounced), not your eyes (how it's spelled). HIV (pronounced “aitch eye see”) begins with a vowel sound, so an HIV patient is correct.
The way we say the word will determine whether we use a or an. If the word begins with a vowel sound, you must use an. If it begins with a consonant sound, you must use a. The consonant giving us the most trouble is probably h.
For example, which of these are correct? The same rule still applies. A is used before words starting in consonant sounds and an is used before words starting with vowel sounds. It doesn't matter if the word is an adjective, a noun, an adverb, or anything else. The rule is exactly the same.
The article “a” is used before words that begin with a consonant sound. The letter “y” can function either as a vowel or a consonant. In the case of the word “year,” it functions as a consonant, so “a year” is correct.
