This web site is quick and easy to use and their support is amazing. I have used the live chat when I was in the middle of a project and gotten an answer in minutes. It takes a lot of the stress out of the process.I saw a review on another site warning people not to supply a credit card. The fact that this person found their template on a site that did not warn them it was a paid service is not the fault of PFDfiller. When you got to their web site, they immediately let you know that you can sign up and get a free trial period, then ask for your payment information, which is SOP for online services as far as I know and gives you the option not to use the service if you don't want to do so.

What do you like best?
Very easy to use. Super helpful. I have to complete so many forms this is an amazing addition so I dont have to hand write everything.
What do you dislike?
I would say the price, but even that isn't bad. So nothing at all.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Like mentioned above, I often have so many forms I need to fill out. I love being able to just write and fill in the things I need. To make them look very clean and professional.

How does a liquid seal work?
Liquid seals at base of flare stack This volume allows the flow of flared gas from inlet pipe to the stack in form of bubbles rising through the liquid. Liquid seal volume does not permit any air flow entering the gas inlet pipe, thus preventing air ingress into the flare network.
What is a liquid seal?
Hydraulic, or liquid seal, arr esters contain a liquid, usually water, which serves to break up the gas stream into bubbles and so prevents passage of the flame.
How does a molecular seal work?
The molecular seal is placed just below the flare tip. It works on the principle of purge gas buoyancy, creating a zone with greater than atmospheric pressure. If the gas in the stack is lighter than air, however, the pressure at the bottom of the stack can be lower than atmospheric.
What is a molecular seal in flare stack?
The Molecular Seal is a purge reduction device which allows the flare system operator to use 98% less purge gas while continually sweeping the system. Also referred to as labyrinth or density seal.
What is a cold flare?
Cold flare actually is the dry flare — the name originates from low temperatures achieved by depressurization of cryogenic, dry, typically high-pressure fluids, into a separate flare network (dry flare).
How does a seal leg work?

Liquid Seal or Water Seal. Device that directs the flow of relief gases through a liquid (normally water) on the path to the flare burner, used to protect the flare header from air infiltration or flashback, to divert flow, or to create back pressure for the flare header.

Barometric Leg. A barometric leg is basically a condensate drain. In a vacuum system that is used to condense steam and condensable vapors through heat exchangers or condensers, the condensate is normally dropped into a receiver tank that is often vented to atmosphere or a low-pressure vent system.
