I like it- does what it says- easy to fill in a form. My local authorities keep changing their forms so everytime we spend a long time converting them to word files for editing, they become obsolete! After discovering that TurboTax does not have a Mac version for business tax returns, I found PDFfiller and it is a great alternative. It is much more reasonable and includes all the forms needed to file my return.

Needed a pdf editor, so found this one quickly on google. Expected to edit one document and then cancel my subscription. Edited many more. Wish I had this for the last two years I've been in school. Great Product! Will recommend.

AWESOME program but too expensive
AWESOME program, but the monthly cost is WAY too high. Should charge customers a more affordable price of $10/month. And stop trying to force us to pay for a whole year up front -- what if I don't need it for an entire year? Fantastic features, easy to learn, a pleasure to use. Just TOO EXPENSIVE.

It is a bit frustrating to learn how to send it to my computer to be accessed and modified as needed. Right now it serves me as a trial, but I wouldn't pay for this.

Impressive customer service (LIVE support)
I did not realise that my free trial expired until I got a charge for the month of December. I contacted 'live support' (which popped in in 20 sec) and Thomas was the most helpful I've ever experienced in customer service. He found out I had 2 accounts and when I explained to him that I actually only used the service once, he promptly offered me refund. I did not even expect one because I honestly thought this is another website that makes money by offering a trial and then charge you once trial is finished (which many of us would forget and only cancel when it is too late). But no, refund is already action, and he also cancelled my account as per my request with no fuss! Thomas, thanks for being extremely prompt and helpful! I will surely use this service next time. Thank you!
