Does exactly what I needed it to do. Allows me to sign a document while leaving the date field open to change, allowing some flexibility in working on the document.

The same feature that I love so much, isn’t quite as easy to navigate on the App. It’s super easy on the full online version though.

What do you like best?
I can open any file anywhere, edit and email or fax without having to print anything. I use this feature all the time

I have several forms that need to be filled out and faxed back to companies. I love that I can fill them out online and fax the PDF back, rather than fill in and fax by hand.

It's very easy to use. Also the customer service is exceptional. Very responsive to My questions. When I decided I didn't need it anymore, they processed my cancellation quickly and easily.

i have tried 3 other pdf software for converting and this is by far the easiest one to use and being able to upload/merge 5 docs at time speeds up the process ....amazing - very impressed

Can an email be used as a contract?

Is an email quote legally binding?
A price quote (also known as simply a quote) is not legally binding. So, a price quote cannot be legally binding. That said, a legal contract does begin with an offer by a supplier to provide certain products or services via a quote.
Is an email confirmation legally binding?
In simple terms, two people must reach an agreement between them. So, one email on its own can't be a legally binding contract. However, there's no reason why an exchange of emails can't contain all of these elements. Therefore, an exchange of emails can form a legally binding contract.
Are quotes legally binding?
Quotes are legally binding and should ONLY be used when you are certain of the costs involved. NEVER label a written estimate as a 'Quote' You can be held to the figure provided.
