How to Use the Standardize Text PDF Feature

The Standardize Text PDF feature in pdfFiller is a powerful tool that allows you to easily standardize and format text in your PDF documents. Follow these simple steps to make the most out of this feature:

Access the Standardize Text PDF feature by logging into your pdfFiller account and opening the document you want to edit.

Once you have opened the document, click on the 'Edit' button located at the top of the page.

In the editing toolbar, you will find the 'Standardize Text' option. Click on it to open the Standardize Text PDF feature.

A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen, displaying various options for standardizing text. You can choose to capitalize text, change the font size, remove extra spaces, and more.

Select the specific text you want to standardize by clicking and dragging your cursor over it. You can also use the 'Select All' option to standardize the entire document.

Once you have selected the text, the sidebar will update to show the available options for standardizing that text. Choose the desired options by checking the corresponding boxes.

After selecting the options, click on the 'Apply' button to standardize the text. You will see the changes applied to the selected text in real-time.

If you are satisfied with the changes, click on the 'Save' button to save the standardized text in your document. If you want to revert the changes, click on the 'Undo' button.

Repeat the process for any other text you want to standardize in the document.

Just got the PDFfiler installed and it was easy to work and save. So far have a problem with printing or faxing the document to court. I have not learned all the works to the program yet, I'm sure that the reason.

Open your PDF document. Switch to Edit Mode. Wait for the Edit toolbar to appear. Drag cursor over the text you want to modify to select it. Right-click on the selected text, and choose Set Font from the right-click menu.
Right-click on the PDF form field that you wish to change the font size for and select “Properties.” A Properties window appears. Click on the “Text” tab at the top of the window, and click the up or down arrow next to “Font Size” to adjust the size of the font. Click “Close” to save your changes.
Choose Tools > Edit PDF > Edit. Outlines identify the text and images you can edit. Select the text you want to edit. Edit the text by doing one of the following: Type new text to replace the selected text, or press Delete to remove it. Click outside the selection to deselect it and start over.
