Overall, it was good.
Saying it is free is misleading.
I understand marketing, but I spent A TON of time filing out a document only to find out the only way I could retrieve it was to pay for a subscription which I would then have cancel to make it "free".
The other issue was that when the document was converted it shuffled page 2 with page 3 and the only way I could correct it was to upgrade the subscription. I would not spend the additional money when I print it and scan it back in the correct order. Again I'm sure it was an additional money making opportunity for you, but not worth the cost for me.

Our previous subscription was deactivated because no one seem to know the login or password for the account. It was assumed a temp employee had subscribed who is no longer employed. Difficulty accessing and filling online forms prompted us to re-subscribe. This morning's experience has been great and we plan to continue using this application.

Easy & fast customer service
I realized that my account was still active-- and I was still being billed-- after leaving my last role. I reached out to the support team on the chat function and they quickly resolved the issue for me-- canceling the transaction right away.

Its been so useful for applications that I'd otherwise have to write by hand. I have arthritis and writing information in tiny spaces is painful and there's never enough room for the answer. This has solved this problem.

If you change your mind after you record a TOD deed, you can always revoke the deed. If you change your mind after you record a TOD deed, leaving real estate to someone at your death, you can revoke the deed. The beneficiary has absolutely no rights over the property until after your death.
What is a revocation of beneficiary deed?
A “Revocation of a Beneficiary Deed” is a document that revokes and cancels a beneficiary deed that is filed. This will void any distributions that are made on the beneficiary deed. A property owner may revoke the beneficiary deed anytime before his/her death.
How do I revoke a transfer on death deed?
To revoke a transfer on death deed, you can either create a revocation document or create an entirely new transfer on death deed replacing your old one. To create a revocation document, you can go to the county recording office where the document was recorded and request a revocation form.
