I found this site to be helpful, but . . . I found this site to be helpful. A great time saver on changing documents. I would have saved more time, if I knew ahead of time, that the scanned in pdf, that I edited, would not be able to convert to a word document.

Click Start, type cert mgr.MSC in the search field (but don't click enter). Cert mgr will appear at the top of the results' pane.
On a computer that has the Windows operating system installed, the operating system stores a certificate locally on the computer in a storage location called the certificate store. A certificate store often has numerous certificates, possibly issued from a number of different certification authorities (CA's).
Open your device's Settings app. Tap Security & location Advanced Encryption & credentials. Under “Credential storage,” tap Install from storage. In the top left, tap Menu. Under “Open from,” tap where you saved the certificate. Tap the file. ... Type a name for the certificate.
When you add Certificate Services on a Windows server and configure a CA, a certificate database is created. By default, the database is contained in the %SystemRoot%\\System32\\Cert log folder, and the name is based on the CA name with an . Edb extension.
In the left pane, click Certificates — Current User. Double-click on the desired category in the left pane, such as Personal, Trusted Publishers or Trusted People, and then click on the Certificates folder. Its contents will be shown in the right pane.
Certificates stored on the Windows 10 computer are located in the local machine certificate store. Windows 10 offers Certificate Manager as a certificate management tool for both computer and user certificates.
The Certificates are stored as Registry keys. You can find them from the following location in Registry Editor. If you want to back up them, you need to export these registry keys. Actually, export and import certificates via Certificates Manager directly should be easier.
