So far it is good. Convenient for forms that require signatures. No more printing, signing, scanning and converting to pdf a gain before mailing back.

I had to cancel my subscription right after I got it (the first time) because we were told not electronic signatures. The customer service person I was connected to was very quick with applying my refund and explained the banks general policies. It ended up there was a mistake, so I'm back. I enjoyed the ease of using the product. I was able to pretty much teach myself how to use it. I do look forward to seeing what the webinar has to offer.

I like the signature feature that gives a lot of options. I wish there was a better way to add information and have it look nice, but it does have the flexibility to add something anywhere, so that is nice.

Can a fax machine be busy?
Allow your fax machine to redial the busy number. Fax machines automatically retry calls when the receiving party fails to answer. The number of times your machine retries may be adjustable, so check your user guide for settings. Call the voice line of a client or vendor to whose direct fax number you're transmitting.
Why does my fax machine say busy?
If you are getting the number busy error, it means that we initiated the call, but your destination was busy. You need to wait for a couple of minutes and then send your fax again.
How do you fix a busy signal on a fax machine?
unplug the telephone wire from the telephone wall jack. Unplug the AC power cord for 30 seconds. Plug the telephone cord back into the wall jack. Connect the power plug back into the AC receptacle. Make sure the FAX machine is in auto answer or Ready to process Faxes.
What does busy no response mean on fax?
The message 'No Response/Busy' on your Brother machine indicates that the number you attempted to send to was busy or did not respond to your incoming fax. The problem may be related to your line connection. Make sure the telephone cord is connected from your wall telephone jack to your Brother machine's LINE jack.
Why isn't my fax machine working?
Poor quality connections will prevent the fax machine from working properly, if at all. Ensure that the phone line cord is connected from the Line jack on the rear of the fax machine to the wall jack. Disconnect the cord from the fax machine and plug it into the phone. Pick up the handset and listen to the dial tone.
How do I know if my fax is working?
Send a one-page black and white text fax to 1-888-hpfaxme (1-888-473-2963). When your fax is received by the HP Test Fax Service, we will generate a return fax to you within five minutes confirming that we received your fax.
Why would a fax not go through?
In layman's language, it means that the receiving fax machine may not be available, or the connection between the two machines has failed. In some cases, your fax machine may not have received a signal from the other fax machine, hence the no answer error.
Why is my fax not sending?
If your business' fax machine has trouble sending or receiving faxes, a possible source of the problem is the phone line itself. Fax machines require a connection that is free from static and line noise to connect. Poor quality connections will prevent the fax machine from working properly, if at all.
