I originally subscribed to the website confused about how much the yearly subscription cost. I was able to cancel my subscription, get a refund and finish up working on my documents. All in all, after the 30 days free is up, I think I will subscribe to the 19.99$/month. Very helpful site and service!

It was a great find. I hate Printing and filling out forms using pen is so old school and requires extra step of scanning everything back in. It was also Free! Adobe is way too expensive for the handful of times a year I would need it.

I had somehow removed the date stamp from my digital signature and I could not figure out how to get it back on. Turns out it was a pretty simple fix (doh!). Kara responded super fast to my cry for help. She provided written instructions as well as a screenshot (very helpful!). My date stamp is back on. :)

The filler was not completing all of…
The filler was not completing all of the number I was trying to type on Florida's RT-6 for example Box 2 & 3 1,600.00 would come out 1,60 .00 Boxes 12a for the employee instead of 4,000.00 would come out 4,1 .00 With Shannen's help I got a work around. The program needs to be fixed.

What are deed stamps? A deed recording fee is just that. It is a fee that is charged to enter into the public record the deed and documents relative to the transfer of title to a piece of property. Deed stamps are paid by the seller at closing, in the amount of $3.70 per $1,000 of real estate sold.
