Very professional and good customer support
I forgot to cancel the auto renewed subscription after my free trial and they got back to me within a day and were also very responsive. I got refunded immediately even though it was my fault for not cancelling.

Great program
Great program. Let's you edit PDF, sign documents, send documents to clients or other persons to sign electronically. Also gives access (at least my package) to some limited legal forms which is helpful. Would highly recommend.

How do I dispute a charge on iTunes?
Log in with your Apple ID username (typically your email address) and password. Select the appropriate tarball, music, movies, TV shows, apps, or books. Select Report a Problem to the right of the purchase you want a refund for. Click on Choose Problem and select your problem from the menu.
