I was in a hurry to get a commercial invoice to a broker, all went well until I tried to email the document. I'm 64 years old, so not the brightest when it comes to computer stuff, but it was really confusing at that point.

Overall the format is excellent -- the clearest, fastest and most accessible set of URL instructions I've ever used -- EXCEPT haven't yer succeeded in getting a doc e-signed! Maybe we were missing a step. The doc got e-sent to the signer, but all he ever got was the sample doc to fill out -- but it wouldn't let him fill it out. and just kept popping up the sample doc. Even tho ' it side we'd successfully down loaded the doc - but it appears it kept downloading the same sample doc and not the one I'd sent him to sign,

PDFfiller is great, but other free options are just as good I love the ease of use. I have to fill out a ton of PDF files and it really made my life easier. I don't like that it costs money. I'd rather deal with ads then pay. There are plenty of other options out there that are free and just as easy to use.

Very easy to use. Have saved me so much time. Saves time by not having to re-type documents and I can just add in names on pre-typed forms. It has been instrumental for changing contracts and names on documents I think, if it isn't in place, a way to be able to use it on your mobile device. Most often, I'm on the go and things have to be changed or modified. This could be huge for a busy person like me.

You can obtain a copy of your Grant Deed directly from the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk. No third party assistance is needed. The County Registrar-Recorder mails the original Grant Deed document to the homeowner after it is recorded. Therefore, you should already have your original Grant Deed.
A grant deed is a legal document used to transfer ownership of real property. The granter is the person transferring the property, and each granter must sign the deed. The grant deed shows that the title has not already been granted to another person.
A grant deed (also known as a special warranty deed) is a property deed that makes two guarantees: The property has not been sold to anyone else. The house is not under any liens or restrictions that have not already been disclosed to the buyer.
You must sign the grant deed if you are the seller. You also must have a public notary acknowledge or verify your signature on the grant deed. A grant deed is legally ineffective unless the granter, meaning the person selling or transferring the property, signs the grant deed.
The California grant deed is used to convey property from a seller (also known as a 'granter') to a buyer (also known as the 'grantee'). Similar to a warranty deed, the granter asserts that he or she has clear title to the property (fee simple) and is transferring his or her interest to the buyer.
The deed to your house is the official document stating who has an ownership interest in the property. While new owners receive a copy of the deed at the time of transfer, additional copies are available as public records at the Office of Assessor-Recorder's office or County Recorders Office.
