It is a little hard to figure out how to size and arrange the words so they will all appear on the printed document. I had to redo this several times.

some forms are not as well created. would be nice to be able to tab between fields. or when clicking in fields that should all be within the same horizontal line it would be nice if they automatically lined up rather than having to be moved like individual text boxes.

Quick to respond to email.Most of the time when you send an email, it goes out and either no response or very delayed response. NOT so with PDFiller, they responded to my question quickly and took care of the issue. I am very happy with the response as well as how efficient they were. I have to do alot of document changes in my scope of work. This was the easiest program I've used in the 28 years I've worked in the corporate world. It's everything I have always wished I had at any given point but all in one pretty little program. Usually, theres always one feature not thought of or you dont have the option for, I didnt feel that at anypoint. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised each time when there it was in all its glory, the key option I needed. Thank you

This statement is still true (I am still using the trial version, so I haven't had enough time using it yet).
I am also new to my position; therefore, it will take time, before I know of the various ways that I could utilize this software.
My new employer is still using typewriters for several forms, which made me research fillable forms online.
