Subscription and refund
I Had £91 taken out my account for a subscription that i didnt know i had and could not afford, I went on the live chat and spoke with Maria, i told her my issues, she went above and beyond to help me.
She managed to cancel my subscription and issued a full refund she was an amazing agent

I am not 100% satsfied reason being the whole document is not turning into Word, I want turn the whole document in word edit, retype as a word document and have it resaved
it as word document.

It's the best experience on pdf editors, the only thing is that i passed 10 minutes just to find how to change the color of the text, i suggest to modify the icon of the text color for better user experience and as a back-end developer I thank you for the work you are doing, work for your project, believe on it and you will have more success. *** ****** is literally the best *** Filling *** out there. ******. All the functionalities of *** filler are remarkable and make doing business a complete breeze. Unfortunately the Platform I use daily - is cheaper however - isnt as functional as *** filler. So I tried completing my need with them as I have used them in the past. So I signed up for the trial - attempted my documents - I failed; closed the window and forgot about the subscription. This morning I woke up and saw the charge, I couldnt remember what Email I even signed up with. I emailed *** ****** at 5 am and got an immediate response with an agent ready to help. They asked easy questions and were able to locate my account and issue an immediate refund. I dont think there are words to express how incredible and unmatched that level of customer service is. Thank you *** ******
