User friendly. In past years I've been able to bring up the forms I need from www.irs.gov and fill out the forms, save and print the forms. Same is true for Louisiana Dept of Revenue. Really well made app, easy to use, fantastic for editing really any PDF you have. Very responsive and nice customer service, and I overall had a great experience for the time I used it.

Doing exactly what I want. Have .pdf bank statements that can only upload in .csv format, so converting to Excel then to .csv and can do my work in no time at all.

What do you like best?
It is much easier to use than Adobe Acrobat. Much more intuitive functions and file management. It has saved me a ton of time with the cloud storage of documents. I have used effectively for construction related documents.
What do you dislike?
Very rarely I have needed to use another platform because some municipalities require it but 98% of what I need to do is supported.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Remote completion of forms and extracting text from PDF documents mostly.

Great Experience and Efficient PDF's
I only needed to use it for a few items I needed to update. The experience was easy and great. I enjoyed using it for what I needed in the moment. Once I cancelled my subscription they handled it promptly and professionally. If I am ever in need of PDF services again, I will definitely consider their services and so should you!!!
