Easy to use, a little misleading on the web site "try for free" and then it wants to charge me to save / print, but live chat was quick and the chat agent (Anne) was awesome and provided me a 7 day free trial so I can see if this will be worth the subscription. I liked that I can type in the blanks for documents , but I only needed it once and I didn't really didn't understand the price I though got it was $6 a month not $72. But the understanding of customer service was great I'm glad I'll be getting my refund. Thank you again. It's a ok service maybe for a business not personal use

Time saver!
I have used PDFfiller for several months now and love it. It is a great tool which makes it extremely easy for me to quickly and efficiently fill out PDFs and return them to the sender. Wether it be filling out forms or signing a contract, it has saved me many many hours in the long run - and is a pleasure to use!
There aren't really any cons to this plugin - it does exactly what it says it will do. However the user interface could be improved

I was surprised I still have to hand write a form to send to IRS - I thought this would take care of it for me. Or did I miss something.

Thus far have managed to sign and complete forms, but can use a webinar to learn more. D id not know how to make changes that were not in the fillable portion.

Having to make the check boxes into check marks instead of x takes while when you have twenty on the page. It would be nice if you could decide for the whole page.
