Great Value! A Must Have!
PDF Filler is one software that's worth so much more than what I paid for. Can a letter be traced without return address?
No not really Beta. When a letter does not arrive at a destination, the sender must request a trace to try and locate the letter. But if it's not a certified, registered, Express overnight etc, there is NO bar code which means there is no way to track point to point in the delivery process.
Is there a tax on stamps?
STATUS: (1) US postage stamps purchased from the US Postal Service are not subject to sales tax. However, when a retailer recoups its cost of US postage stamps from a customer, that amount is part of the “sales or selling price” and is subject to sales tax.
Why do Stamps have barcodes?
They have a unique serial number. It gets cancelled with the computers. If used, the computer will say postage due. They can use the barcode to see if the postage has been used more than once.
