Can you see history?
Click the envelope to show the Details view. This view provides summary history information about your envelope. To view the complete History, click More > History. To download and view the Certificate of Completion PDF, click the Download icon and select Certificate of Completion.
How do I run an audit trail report?
On the My Requests page, select Create History Request from the Create Requests drop-down. On the Study Information page, accept the default Request Name (comprised of the study name plus the current date and time) or enter a different name. Enter an optional Description. Select Audit Trail Report, and click Next.
How do I manage signatures in ?
From your account, select your account icon and select Manage Profile. Select Signatures and choose: Edit to display all available signatures. Delete to remove an existing signature.
Which activities are recorded by audit logs?
Audit logs record the occurrence of an event, the time at which it occurred, the responsible user or service, and the impacted entity. All of the devices in your network, your cloud services, and your applications emit logs that may be used for auditing purposes.
How do I see all signed documents in ?
Once logged into the platform, users should look for the 'My Documents' tab, which typically contains all the electronically signed agreements. By clicking on this section, users can easily locate and sort through their signed documents, making it convenient to access them as needed.
Can you tell where a was signed?
If a signer opts in to share their location during signing, location information allows to display the 'Signed in Location' on a map from within the envelope's details under the Manage tab.

Users and administrators can track the status and changes within a document. In CLM, document and folder history provides a way to track document activity. Users and administrators can view details and changes in a centralized document repository.
How to track signatures in ?
Once a document has been sent for signature, you can check the status of the transaction to see how it's progressing. Open an Account, Opportunity, etc. and scroll to the CLM Files section of the page. Check the box to the right of the file that was sent for signature.
