I'm impressed with the product and signed up for a year, but it's one of those things that you really need when you need it and really don't look at much when you don't. When trying to save a completed document to my hard drive it becomes confusing. I cannot find the saved files anywhere. Other than that the program is great.

Had a few difficulties with the process, but was able to sort it out after a little experimentation. I would like the ability to vary the size of signatures. I also tried to change the date format and set a new default but it didn't seem to work.
Overall, I was ok with the program but I really didn't find it fitted my purposes.

Everything works wonderfully
Everything works wonderfully. I have not found a program that works better. My only constructive thing to add would be saving and editing. I would like to be able to save the each edit right away then the next like Bluebeam allows.

This is awesome - to be able to do things to a pdf that I have always wanted to be able to do, and had to do, but taking the long route - this is a HUGE time saver. I just wish that it was a one time price.

This is so easy to use. I would recommend the PDF Filler to anybody wanting to make new documents or using the helpful templates that are already in the program. It's a very reasonable cost as well.

What begins the process of transcription?
Transcription begins when RNA polymerase binds to a promoter sequence near the beginning of a gene (directly or through helper proteins). RNA polymerase uses one of the DNA strands (the template strand) as a template to make a new, complementary RNA molecule. Transcription ends in a process called termination.
What are the steps in transcription?
Transcription takes place in three steps: initiation, elongation, and termination. The steps are illustrated in the Figure below. Initiation is the beginning of transcription. It occurs when the enzyme RNA polymerase binds to a region of a gene called the promoter.
What is a transcription start site?
The transcription start site is the location where transcription starts at the 5'-end of a gene sequence. Each human gene is made up of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) in a double helix.
What is the translational start site?
The start codon is the first codon of a messenger RNA (mRNA) transcript translated by a ribosome. The start codon always codes for methionine in eukaryotes and Archaea and a modified Met (feet) in bacteria, mitochondria and plastics. The most common start codon is AUG (i.e., ATG in the corresponding DNA sequence).

Transcription start site (TSS) determination is very important for understanding gene structure and gene regulation. Presently TSS is determined by primer extension method, S1 nuclease mapping and RACE (RAPID AMPLIFICATION OF CDA ENDS) techniques, but among these RACE is the most common method used to determine TSS.
