Sometimes the system will not allow me to download the forms I've edited. Sometimes there are glitches in the system that prevent us from logging in and saving documents. Sometimes system can be a bit slow, I notice it more in the afternoon where people may use the system more.

Make sure to explore all functions this product offers! There is a ton of functions for the price you pay, take full advantage and improve your day to day work!

I am really impressed with how informative and user friendly your program is and I am thrilled with how much easier it is now to deal with pdf files than when I had to do any editing, manipulation and/or signing of them.

several clunky features
There are several clunky features I did not like.
(1) My first issue was that when editing text, the font would change from Times New Roman to Arial within the edit box. The user had to "tell" the computer to switch back to Times New Roman.
(2) Another issue I spotted is that if I want to italicize ONE word on a line of text, the entire line will become italicized. This was cured by deleting the italicized word, then creating a separate text box with the italicized word in it. The italic text box was dropped into the line of text with the plain text around it.
(3) When editing text, the size of text will drop down a size or two. The writer must "bump" up the text size with the upward arrow to get it to match the text in the original document.
Otherwise, I like using PDFfiller. Of course, PDF editing is not as simple as ordinary word editing. Or perhaps PDF editing gets easier after continual practice.

Excellent customer service/IT
I had occasion to need assistance in performing a certain process within this program suite. The IT person with whom I was connected (Joyce) was courteous and professional. She determined the solution to my problem taught me what I needed to know in a matter of minutes. I had made two previous attempts to resolve this earlier in the day, but once I was online with Joyce it was resolved quickly and easily. She is a gem.

How to Use the Transcribe Letter Feature in pdfFiller
The Transcribe Letter feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily convert scanned or handwritten letters into editable text. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Upload the letter to pdfFiller. You can do this by clicking on the 'Upload' button on the pdfFiller homepage and selecting the letter file from your computer.

Once the letter is uploaded, click on the 'Transcribe Letter' option in the toolbar at the top of the page.

A new window will open, displaying the scanned or handwritten letter. Use the zoom and navigation tools to ensure that the letter is displayed clearly.

Click on the 'Start Transcribing' button to begin the transcription process.

As you transcribe the letter, the text will appear in a separate text box on the right side of the screen. You can edit the text directly in this box if needed.

Continue transcribing the letter until you have completed the entire document.

Once you have finished transcribing, click on the 'Save' button to save the transcribed letter as a new document.

You can now edit, sign, or share the transcribed letter just like any other document in pdfFiller.
