What do you like best?
Easy to use but comprehensive options for editing. Quick and efficient which is important with time sensitive docs and a busy life. Some recent new features tells me the company is progressive. I was having technical difficulties one day and support was responsive. I've tried numerous PDF/Editing programs. and this is by far my favorite. It's web based not some ap that you have to download that later crashes your computer. Can access it from any PC so that helps too.
What do you dislike?
The price is substantially more that I'd like to see. Takes a bit to save file to PC once done editing. can be a little slow at times but still a reliable tool I use at least weekly if not daily. Something in the $50 range would be delightful and it's well above that currently. Maybe efax for this price I have not used the esign feature yet so maybe will try that given our member benefit program is lapsing.

Quick way to edit and correct documents. Easy to save and access later. Lots of options for composing sending and revising. I only use basic functions but there are several ways to use this valuable tool beyond the features I use that exceed other competitors.

Fantastic customer service For some reason I needed this and only once. I got the free trial and then forgot all about it until $115.00 was collected from my account, shock horror. All I can say is you have fantastic customer service, I explained my situation and a refund was issued that same day. Both friendly and speedy. Ace by name and by character, much appreciated. 1 star deducted as I would have liked a reminder email when the free trial was coming to an end.

Find a quiet space. Plug yourself in. Open a blank Google Doc. Open the Voice Typing tool. Ensure the Voice Typing button appears. Ensure your microphone is turned on and your language is set. Click the recording button, and begin speaking. Watch along as you transcribe.

Click “File” > “Save As” in Notepad when you're done transcribing your audio. Click “All Types” from the “File Type” drop-down menu. Name your subtitle file “[filename]. Srt” (without quotes), and replace the “[filename]” with the actual name you'd like to give the file.
Select the video you want to watch. Tap on the screen. Tap on the orange CC button and captions/subtitles will be deactivated.
Step 1: While your show or movie is playing, tap your display. Step 2: A Menu icon should appear on the left. When it does, select it. Step 3: Your audio or subtitle options will pop up. Select the off option under Subtitles.
Select Settings. Select Ease of access. Select Closed Captioning. Select Closed Captioning Off. Save your settings and exit, then try watching your TV show or movie again.
