Time is money in most professions and Real Estate is no exception. This program has saved me a lot of time, money and aggravation and has really simplified the real estate negotiation process. It's easy to use, I do like it; but it is a little expensive, $80/year is a lot. I use it maybe once or twice per month. I think you would have more customers if it was less expensive.

This review is based on experience with the program itself
I loved it. It was simple to use and I loved that I could save my documents and go back in and edit them again whenever I wanted. The only thing I didn't really like was the price. I opted to go with the monthly subscription because I knew I didn't need the program for a long period of time. I have used other programs on a monthly service before and have paid cheaper. However, still loved the overall use of the program, and I was able to cancel my subscription without an issue as well.

How does a cross currency swap work?
A cross-currency swap can involve both parties paying a fixed rate, both parties paying a floating rate, one party paying a floating rate while the other pays a fixed rate. The interest payments are usually settled in cash, and not netted out, since each payment will be in a different currency.

A currency swap, also known as a cross-currency swap, is an off-balance sheet transaction in which two parties exchange principal and interest in different currencies. At the end of the agreement, they will swap again using the same exchange rate, closing out the deal.

These structures are also called the back-to-back loans as both of the parties involved are borrowing the other's designated currency. In general, the cross currency basis is a measure of dollar shortage in the market.
