My only disappointment with PDFfiller was that I did not know it was a subscription based service since I clicked through a google link to a specific form. I LOVE pdffiller, but need to know more about how to use it. For instance, how can I hide the "establishing a secure connection" message when the form loads on my webpage? And how to change the color of the highlighted fields?

Works smoothly and easy to use. Customer support tried to help with a "glitch" I have still not resolved. Works on my iPad perfectly but pull my docs up on desktop just sits there thinking to no end. I've just used on iPad soley since problem came up.

Works well but continues to have security issues in connecting with my Google Drive account. Each time I open a PDF in Drive using the PDFFiller App, I get an Unsafe warning. Please clear this problem up. I don't have the time or energy to do your survey right now, perhaps in the future.

I had some trouble learning to use it and directions aren't consistent. Your Help area tends to be more sales pitch on what can be done in a field with no directions. I'm very grateful for availability of the service though I'll drop it once I have my house sold in a few months

I have trouble using the pdffiller on my laptop, I can not upload b/c the screen is not wide enough to get to the click button. I can on my desktop when I go into the office. Sometimes the app does not give me the ability to save or download - I have to play with it back in forth before it will save as a fillable file. But my biggest issue is using my laptop when I work remotely and I have to use it. Thanks for inquiry and the survey to give me the opportunity to voice a concern.
