I was a first time user and it was late at night and the PDFfiller.com information was a little confusing. I had problems opening the document on my computer as it was not readable. It's a good and intuitive product. the only technical glitch is that some of the larger text boxes are shifted over to the right by a fraction of an inch and outside the printable area of most printers.

In my job, I have to work with some forms that have not been formatted correctly for being filled. It's great to have something that just fixes that whole problem.

I found it really easy to use, but all of the boxes did not have specific instructions. I struggled with boxes 16-18. Through google, I discovered that I should leave them blank.

Necessity for any business
I have to sign releases, NDA's and contracts on a daily basis for my clients. If it wasn't for this software I would be very stuck and not able to do my job without printing and faxing.
What I like most about this software is what it does. If you are in business than you must have this.
What I like least about this software is that they charge. I believe this should be a free download due to many forms and contracts being in a PDF format.
