I was please to see that I could edit my spreadsheet. I would suggest that once a work or set of numbers are highlighted that the program automatically is able to identify the font and size of the writing. Otherwise I was very pleased.

It was a life saver for me as I transitioned my insurance business. It looks so much more professional to import supplemental applications and forms and complete them with a keyboard. So far so good! Can't figure out a way to fill in dates properly though without dragging text in - or change the check box from cross to tick. Overall though saving a lot of time!

Changed my small business capabilities

I can't see any downside to this software. There is nothing I have tried to accomplish that I have not been able to do with this software.

When using such a valuable product as pdfFiller it is nearly impossible to rate it lowly.

It would help to have some sort of tutorial outlining the all the functions. Having been offered a webinar during the 30 day free trial would've been helpful.

Other than being billed initially for a 30 days trial, I contacted Customer Service right away and they credited me back the $144 first year right away. Otherwise, I am liking the service so far. Just learning how to use it.
