It's always cool when I can chat with someone who can figure out what I'm trying to do and have the patience, at least I think they have the patience when I'm going round and round with them on each step in getting my dilemma resolved. Why can't I fill in a PDF form on Windows 10?
Make sure that the security settings allow form filling. (See File > Properties > Security.) Make sure that the PDF includes interactive, or fillable, form fields. Sometimes form creators forget to convert their PDFs to interactive forms, or they intentionally design a form you can only fill in by hand.
How do I type on a PDF in Windows 10?
Type on any PDF on Windows 10. You can also use the Select A File button to locate your PDF manually. Select the Add Text Comment tool from the top toolbar. Click on the appropriate location on your document and type your text. Adjust the font size and color to fit your document.
