It is a challenge to adapt to different methods in so many computer programs factoring in hardware and software and my limited patience. The platform is very good, it fulfills exactly what it promises, it is even compatible with the NVDA screen reader for people with visual limitations. Unfortunately there is no language version in PT-BR, and in some tool icons the NVDA screen reader does not read.

Editing PDF files is so simple and easy with PDF Filler like using a Doc editor. I use it everytime to edit dates and sign documents, just sign on my device with my finger so every signature is different.
They could add a tool to increase the quality or resolution of scanned PDF files.

mostly good. Had trouble one day but it looked like it was site-wide. It was fixed by the next day. Would like to better understand how to capture documents and transfer to other files etc.

Used the product a few times (PDF editor) and really liked it but disn't use it enough to warrant purchase. I forgot to cancel the free trial and was charged the annual fee a few weeks later. The company immediately refunded me when I requested it, and did so without question or issue.

I had an issue and emailed the company and not only did 2 different people respond immediately they resolved my issue within a few hours of me sending the email. I’ve never seen that quick of a response before. Very impressive.

so far astonishing. i created a fillable govt form locally=TEDIOUS.. uploaded it.. filled it out.. bad tab order :(... was able to change the tab order VERY easily.. send to email and boom.. awsome.. so far
